Asheville

The University of North Carolina Asheville seeks a firm with extensive higher education marketing and branding experience to develop a digital campaign to support undergraduate recruitment efforts for the rest of its current fiscal year, which ends June 30, 2023.

The selected shop will partner with UNC Asheville’s communications and marketing department.

While UNC Asheville is currently developing an institution-wide brand platform that will drive its future positioning, it is looking for a firm to “lean into the essence of several existing branding and strategic plans, including the current Revitalization Plan,” according to the RFP.

The digital effort will focus on a new program that supports merit-based and need-linked scholarships for North Carolina students from rural, first-generation and underrepresented communities.

UNC Asheville has targeted Dec. 15 as the launch date of the digital push.

Proposals are due Dec. 13. Interested firms must register at North Carolina’s electronic vendor portal.
