Valleywise Health, a network of hospitals and medical facilities in Maricopa County, Arizona, is soliciting proposals from agencies that can provide creative marketing, digital marketing, market analytics, public relations, media services and web development services.
Valleywise Health serves underserved communities throughout Maricopa County. Its facilities include the Valleywise Health Medical Center in Phoenix, as well as three inpatient and three outpatient behavioral health clinics and 11 health centers. A special healthcare district and political subdivision of the state of Arizona, it’s governed by The Maricopa County Special Health Care District Board of Directors.
Valleywise Health seeks to retain a public relations agency of record to support ongoing publicity initiatives and develop a public relations campaign to promote and increase awareness of the network and its services.
Scope of the work includes providing full-service creative design, production, and traditional marketing support; providing communications, media, and public relations services; strategy, media planning and management support; full-service paid digital and paid social media marketing work; email marketing; website design and development; research; and reporting and analytics.
Proposals are due by 2:00 p.m. (MT) on January 13 and should be submitted via email to Laela Pardo, [email protected].
All bidding agencies are required to register at Valleywise Health’s Vendor Portal.
Prospective vendors must announce their intent to bid by 2:00 p.m. (MT) on December 19.
