The City of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma is soliciting proposals from agencies providing marketing services.

The northeastern OK city, which is Tulsa’s largest suburb, has a population of 114,000, making it the fourth-largest city in the Sooner State.

Broken Arrow’s Tourism & Economic Development office is looking for an agency that can market the destination in an effort to boost visitor spending and overnight stays in area hotels.

Scope of the work includes marketing the city of Broken Arrow as an overnight destination, developing a digital online and social media marketing plan, marketing Broken Arrow for sporting events, pursuing promotional partnerships and cooperative advertising offers and attending professional tourism conferences.

Proposals are due by 5:00 p.m. (CST) on Friday, February 24 and should be mailed or delivered to:

Bidding agencies should include one unbound original and three copies of their bids, as well as an electronic copy in PDF format. All proposals should be received in an envelope marked “Visit Broken Arrow Marketing Proposal RFP.”
