San Diego is requesting proposals from agencies that can provide international media planning and buying services.

San Diego Tourism Authority, the destination marketing organization focused on driving visitors to the Southern California city and promoting it as a preferred vacation and meeting destination, is looking for an agency that can provide a comprehensive research-based media strategy supporting an advertising campaign targeting two key markets: Canada and the United Kingdom.

Scope of the work includes: providing a media strategy for the international advertising campaign; delivering a comprehensive media plan; identifying key target audiences and KPIs to measure performance; performing media buying services; recommending tactics across all channels; evaluating media proposals; coordinating with media vendors; managing campaign optimizations and making recommendations to increase ROI; reviewing media opportunities; measurement and providing monthly reporting of KPIs; and coordination with the brand agency of record to deliver all required creative assets.
