Florida is searching for an agency that can handle public relations domestically.

Visit Florida, the official DMO responsible for promoting travel and tourism in the Sunshine State, is looking for an agency that can execute Visit Florida's strategic marketing plan and manage day-to-day public relations operations in the United States for the purpose of building positive brand awareness of Florida, boosting travel to emerging state destinations and growing domestic visitor volume.

Scope of the work includes: providing public relations services; creating a media newsletter, press releases, preparing pitches and providing media relations services to garner earned media coverage in traditional and non-traditional outlets; pitching, planning and executing press trips; coordinating and implementing a media mission; planning and executing campaigns with content creators; developing strategy and implementing a PR initiative to support Visit Florida’s domestic brand campaigns to two strategic U.S. cities; and handling account management and administrative services.

Visit Florida needs an agency that can provide PR services for three to five years. The work comes with an annual budget between $750,000 and $1,000,000.
