PR Firms Chart 18.2% Growth In '22

Executives from the top firms in O'Dwyer's rankings
Independent PR firms posted an 18.2 percent rise in fee income to $4.6B in 2022, according to the 2023 O’Dwyer’s rankings. Sixty-eight of the 148 ranked firms pounded out gains of at least 20 percent.
