Marketing software giant Cision has entered into a $450M agreement to acquire Brighton, UK-based digital consumer intelligence company Brandwatch.
Brian Faith will join City of Hope, the biomedical research center for diabetes and cancer treatment and care, as VP-communications on March 1 after a more than two-year run as VP-corporate communications at Walgreens.
