He has spent more than fifteen years helping financial services companies figure out what they actually want to say — and then say it well.
Jon has worked at Cognito across New York and London, working in capital markets technology, payments infrastructure, blockchain and digital assets, and the full spectrum of banking – from incumbents to challengers.
As Global Head of Content, Jon leads strategy and execution across the full content spectrum, from long-form research and white papers to social and short-form. His focus is on material that does something: builds a pipeline, shifts a perception, earns a relationship.
Before communications, Jon worked in journalism – which is where he developed the conviction that the best financial content reads less like marketing and more like something worth actually reading.
