RF|Binder has formed RFB|Cheer, a joint venture between the agency and Cheer Partners, a business consultancy that specializes in talent, employee communications, and human resources advisory. The partnership is meant to expand the capabilities and expertise of RF|Binder’s corporate and financial communications practice. As part of the partnership, Cathleen Graham and Darcie Peck, the founders of Cheer Partners, will join the RF|Binder leadership team. “With Cathleen and Darcie on board, we will have the expertise to create more holistic, integrated communications strategies that help businesses succeed and grow,” said RF|Binder CEO Amy Binder. “Working with RF|Binder will help us continue to grow and expand our employee communications resources, and build stronger offerings to both new and existing clients,” said Cathleen Graham, founder and managing partner of Cheer Partners.

The agency will provide pro bono strategic cross-border communications advisory, media relations and content solutions to support the UK trust’s 2018 “Voice of Youth – 10,000” event at the Saatchi Gallery in London on April 24.
