New York's Vested financial communications shop, which acquired Britain's Templars Communications earlier this month, has appointed Elspeth Rothwell U.K. CEO to take charge of the firm's European push.
Rothwell joins the Templars team in the London office and will work closely with former Templars CEO Kitty Parry, now an adviser to Vested, alongside the U.S. management team.
She joins the firm from FTI Consulting's strategic communications shop, where she was managing director, financial services, responsible for delivering integrated communications campaigns and strategic planning for financial services clients.
Prior to FTI, Rothwell was deputy managing director at Consolidated PR, part of Four Communications, where she ran the organization’s financial services offer.
Her client experience includes American Express, Brewin Dolphin, HSBC, and Virgin Money.
