Churchill Ripley Group represents Saudi Arabia's General Sports Authority, the government body responsible for the development of sports and physical activity programs in the Kingdom.
The Los Angeles-based firm is working with Saudi Princess Reema bint Bandar Al Saud, who was named GSA's first VP-women's affairs last year. The daughter of Saudi Arabia's former US ambassador Prince Bandar. she is an advocate for expanding the opportunities for women in the Kingdom.
Anna Churchill Ripley Lewis will arrange meetings for Princess Reema in the US with health and wellness experts for their input on GSA's programming. She will set up conferences/seminars and manage relationships with speakers and guest.
CRG also will help GSA deliver on its long-term goals under Vision 2020, Saudi Arabia's master plan to reduce its independence on oil by strengthening the health, infrastructure, education, recreation and tourism sectors.
The firm, which does not have a formal contract with GSA, is to receive $22K per-month.
Prior to launching her firm, Lewis worked in investment and private banking at Merrill Lynch and JPMorgan Chase.
She started her career in the entertainment business, representing Hollywood moguls such as Steven Spielberg and Jeffrey Katzenberg.
