Dawn Baron, who was VP-marketing at the Assn. for Talent Development, has signed on at Whiteboard Advisors as senior advisor, responsible for counseling clients on corporate learning and talent solutions.
Whiteboard's client list includes talent/employment space companies, such as General Assembly, LinkedIn Learning, Credly and CorpU.
Prior to ATD, Baron worked with the University of Maryland Center for Quality and Productivity on learning/development initiatives and served as corporate strategist at the American Red Cross.
Jenna Schuette Talbot, who heads Whiteboard's strategic communications practice, expects Baron’s perspectives on the evolution of the workplace “will bear on our partnerships with clients that are shaping the way we learn, work and live.”
