Sard Verbinnen & Co. is handling Thomas H. Lee Partners' acquisition of Alfresco Software, enterprise open source software company.
Laura Grattan, THL managing director, said Alfresco’s “modern cloud-native platform" is the preferred technology for companies that are carrying out successful digital transformations.
Alfresco’s digital business platform is used by more than 1,300 clients including Bank of New York Mellon, Capital One, US Navy, NASA, Cisco and Liberty Mutual.
Founded in 1974, THL private equity firm has raised more than $22B in equity and acquired 140 companies in the business & financial services, healthcare, media, and information services & technology sectors.
SV&C’s Robin Weinberg and Kaitlin Bilby work the deal to acquire Alfresco, which uses Bospar Public Relations for counsel.
