Olivia Offner, VP-corporate communications at investment firm giant BlackRock, has moved to Weber Shandwick as VP in its financial services practice.
She’s returning to the agency side following a more than two-year stint at BlackRock, which has $6.3T in assets under management.
Earlier, Offner did a five-year stint at Prosek Partners, leaving as associate VP. She handled private equity and hedge funds and participated in media relations, reputation management, executive positioning, crisis and issues management work.
She also worked on real estate, law firm, entertainment, media and non-profit clients at Rubenstein Assocs.


Prosek Partners handles New York’s Tilray Brands, craft beer & cannabis operation, as it acquires BrewDog, a leading British independent beer producer in the UK, for $45M.
Brunswick Group handles Zurich Insurance as it agrees to buy UK-based Beazley specialty insurer in a deal valued at $11B.
