Spectrum Science Communications has added five members to its senior leadership team. Kelly Cacioppo, who is joining the firm as executive vice president of Biopharma, was previously at Marina Maher Communications, where she served as managing director. Janet Graesser, formerly VP, global communications and strategy implementation at Cordis, is coming on as executive VP of biotech. Lisa Josephy joined Spectrum earlier this year as senior VP of Biotech, also from Marina Maher Communications, where she was group senior vice president. Justin Rubin, who joins the firm as executive creative director, was formerly senior VP, group creative director at Juice Pharma. Dawn Maniglia, who will be joining the firm later this month as senior VP of media, coming from VegaRun PR, where she was also a senior VP.

Continental, which supplies systems, components, and tires to automobile and truck manufacturers, and provides OE-engineered aftermarket parts, has named Anouré V. Fenstermaker marketing communications manager for its Commercial Vehicles & Aftermarket business unit. Fenstermaker joins Continental from IntegraONE, a value-added reseller of Information Technology solutions, where she was marketing director. For the past 17 years, she has also been an independent marketing consultant under AF Marketing Group, LLC with clients in healthcare, technology, software development, non-profit, and other industries. At Continental, her core responsibilities include managing all communication, press, creative and marketing services, as well as corporate branding for CVAM overall and for each of the company’s market divisions.
