Financial Profiles has hired Rich Davis as chief operating officer. Most recently, Davis was COO/CFO of several IPG agencies, including Rogers & Cowan and Frukt. He has also served as western region CFO for Weber Shandwick and CFO of Axis Agency. Davis will join the firm on May 2, reporting to Financial Profiles founder and president Moira Conlon. Conlon and Davis previously worked together at IPG.

Before coming to Taft, she held positions at Sandoz Pharmaceuticals and MCS Healthcare Public Relations.

She was previously director of PR & firmwide communications at law firm Kaye Scholer, where she spearheaded all firm messaging, print and online content development, thought-leadership, media relations, social media, internal communications and C-Suite communications. She began her career at Publicis Dialog, working with such clients as Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center, Washington State Lottery and law firm Preston Gates & Ellis.

At Tufts, she drafted and implement the university’s first integrated communications and marketing plan as well as consolidating enrollment marketing for eight graduate and professional schools and developing strategies to boost fundraising. Sanni has also held positions at Harvard Graduate School of Education and Boston College.
