Gatesman has brought on Craig Ferrence as senior VP, creative director and Christy Kelly as VP, group account director. Ferrence joins Gatesman from MARC USA, where he was associate creative director. He has also served as a senior art director at both Digitas and FCB Chicago. At Gatesman, he will play a central role in evolving creative strategies and executions within the agency. Kelly comes to Gatesman from Discover Financial Services, where she was senior manager, marketing acquisition. Before that, she was vice president, group account director at marketing and advertising agency Noble. In her new role, she is tasked with driving strategy and creative thinking for the agency’s higher education clients. She will also help guide marketing and media planning for new business opportunities.

Minneapolis-based broadhead has hired Noah Will as senior VP, executive creative director. Will comes to broadhead from Grey, where he was a group creative director, based in New York City. He has also held senior positions at Fallon Worldwide, Olson and Crispin Porter + Bogusky, working with such clients as Gillette, Jell-O, the National Football League, BMW and Citibank. In his new position, Will leads broadhead’s 20-person creative team and sits on its leadership team.

Beck joined Crosby in 2009, and had led a variety of public service advertising and digital marketing campaigns. Her career began at Young & Rubicam in New York. Before coming to Crosby in 2012, Staines was a senior eMarketing specialist at Maxim Healthcare Services and a search marketing manager at Ephricon Web Marketing. As associate VP, director of digital program management, he leads a team of digital program managers, analysts and developers to implement integrated digital marketing programs, including paid search, email, mobile and online acquisition campaigns.
