Paramount Pictures has brought on Louise Kaufman as senior VP, New York publicity.
Kaufman rejoins Paramount, where she previously worked for 18 years, from 20th Century Fox, which may be acquired by Walt Disney Co.At Fox, she led the New York publicity team, as well as working on the campaigns for such films as Deadpool, The Greatest Showman, The Planet of the Apes franchise and the X-Men franchise.
Before coming to Fox, she was senior VP, east coast publicity for Summit Entertainment.
During Kaufman’s previous stint at Paramount, she played a major role in the campaigns for the first three Mission: Impossible installments, Iron Man and Kung Fu Panda.
