Italian PR and consultancy firm Heritage House Reputation Architects has become a partner agency of PROI Worldwide. Established in 2014 in Milan, with an office in Rome, Heritage House offers services in reputation building, crisis management and CSR, as well as business education. According to PROI Worldwide global chair Clare Parsons, Heritage House’s focus on improving and defending corporate reputation and its investments in stakeholder engagement, corporate reputation and CSR made the agency a natural choice to include in PROI Worldwide’s global partnership. “Our growth in the Italian market will also be enhanced by a third office in Rome,” Parsons said.
Business Wire and digital PR platform TrendKite have announced that they will integrate TrendKite analytics into Business Wire’s NewsTrak reports as part of its Global-Mobile-Social-Measureable suite of services. The integrated service is the first offering to emerge from the recently announced partnership between the two companies. “Measuring organic press release pickup and business impact has been extremely difficult, if not impossible, because PR industry monitoring tools haven’t kept pace with the rest of the marketing stack,” said TrendKite CEO Erik Huddleston.
