Kivvit has hired Andy Oare as senior digital director. Oare comes to Kivvit from The Glover Park Group, where he was vice president of digital strategy, developing many of the agency’s core digital services. He also served as senior digital director for Hillary for America during the 2016 presidential campaign, and worked on the 2008 and 2012 Obama campaigns. Oare will be tasked with helping Kivvit’s clients take further advantage of emerging digital tools and data-driven strategies in their communications campaigns. “Andy’s extensive digital background will continue to set us apart as a firm, offering clients innovative ways to engage their target audiences,” said Kivvit managing partners Eric Sedler and Maggie Moran.

Three Rings Inc. has brought on Andy Murphy as a principal. Murphy was a co-founder of Davies Murphy Group, which was acquired by LEWIS Global Communications in 2013. At Three Rings, he will re-unite with fellow principals Lisa Paglia and Doug Broad, who worked with him at DMG and later LEWIS for more than 15 years. "Lisa and Doug started Three Rings one year ago and have done a spectacular job," Murphy said. "My goal is to bring another creative dimension to the team and drive the Three Rings value proposition even deeper into the high-tech market." Three Rings has also moved into new offices at 399 Boylston Street in Boston.

North 6th Agency has appointed Trisha Larocchia as senior vice president. Larocchia joins N6A from Hunter Public Relations, where she most recently served as vice president, leading campaigns, product releases, account management and PR programs for such clients as 3M and Lactaid Milk. At N6A, Larocchia will oversee three specialty service groups as well as having responsibility for managing client relations, overseeing integrated PR programs, leading junior and mid-level staff members, and more. She will be based in N6A's headquarters office in New York City.

Crosby Marketing Communications has hired Donald Ritchey as an information technology specialist and Britany Hubbard as a contract and financial analyst. Ritchey has worked as a contractor for the Department of Veterans Affairs and AT&T in various IT roles. At Crosby, he will support digital publishing needs for the Military OneSource account, the Department of Defense’s flagship digital services platform that supports service members and their families across the globe, as well as provide internal IT support to Crosby staff. Hubbard comes to Crosby from Irving Burton Associates, where she was the financial manager for a portfolio of large Department of Defense/Defense Health Agency contracts handling subcontracts, vendor payments and budget management.

High10 Media has hired Megan Kernan as a director. Kernan comes to High10 from Ogilvy Public Relations, where she was a senior account executive. She has also held positions at Boston-based precisioneffect and Chicago-based Resolution Media. High 10 has also promoted Jimmy Harney to senior account executive. Before joining High10, Harney worked in national publicity at Fox Searchlight Pictures in New York, where he was a part of publicity and awards campaigns for films such as Brooklyn, Jackie, Battle of the Sexes, Patti Cake$ and Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri.
