Didit has hired Vanessa Arnone as digital account director; Kelly Ward as director, media; and Joshua Smith as account director at Didit DM, the agency’s direct mail facility. Before coming to Didit, Arnone created and ran the digital communications department for Grammy-award winning artist Alicia Keys. At Didit, she will serve as a client-facing consultant to identify, plan and assess integrated marketing campaigns. Kelly comes to Didit from ad buying consultancy Criterion Global, where she served as senior account manager at Criterion Global, a leading international ad buying consultancy. In her new position, she will be responsible for display media strategy and buying as well as online campaign generation, optimizations and reporting on performance metrics. Smith comes to the firm from CCG Marketing Solutions, where he was senior account manager.
