North 6th Agency has promoted Daniela Mancinelli from executive VP to COO. Mancinelli, who joined N6A as VP in 2015, has been responsible for overseeing N6A's PR and social media service departments, with leadership from N6A's New York and Toronto offices reporting to her. She was also was instrumental in the development of such N6A programs as the agency’s proprietary KPI software platform, customer ranking system, and Pace Points, a customized rewards program for N6A employees. Before coming to N6A, Mancinelli was international marketing director at Imago Arts Travel. In her new position, she will oversee senior management teams across service, talent, sales and marketing departments.

FleishmanHillard has named Natasha Kennedy global managing director of TRUE Global Intelligence™, a new venture that brings the agency’s portfolio of intelligence offerings together into a single, collaborative and continuous effort. Kennedy joined FH last year, and before that was senior vice president, strategy & innovation at ORC International. In her new position, she'll work in partnership with Mike Cearley, global managing director of social & innovation, and other specialists to deliver integrated intelligence that is informed by data gathered from social and traditional media, public polling and proprietary market research. “Natasha’s strength as a strategist with deep experience in management consulting, innovation and data analytics gives her the perspective to help bring it all together for clients,” said FH chief practice officer Janise Murphy.

Frontier Communications Corp. has promoted Javier Mendoza to the position of VP, corporate communications and external affairs. Since 2016, Mendoza has been director of PR for Frontier’s west region, working to enhance the company’s external image in the marketplace, communicate its key messages, and promote business growth. Before joining Frontier, he was senior communications manager for Sempra Energy’s SoCalGas business unit. He has also held communications and marketing leadership positions with Molina Healthcare, United Healthcare, The Boeing Company and Universal Studios. Mendoza will be responsible for leading Frontier’s external corporate communications, issues management and stakeholder engagement strategy.
