Droga5 has elevated Colleen Leddy to chief media officer, Dean Challis to head of communications strategy and Marianne Stefanowicz to chief communications officer. Leddy joined Droga5 in 2013 as group communications strategy director and was promoted to head of communications strategy in 2014. Before joining Droga5, she served as strategy director at BBH. In her role as chief media officer, Leddy will be tasked with promoting future agency growth. Challis, who has been with the agency since 2016, most recently served as group communications strategy director. Prior to joining Droga5, he was global strategy director at MediaCom. Stefanowicz was previously Droga5’s global head of communications. Before coming to Droga5, she served as global dead of communications at TBWAWorldwide.

Clyde Group has appointed Aubrey Quinn as a managing director at the firm, and has hired Scott Nolan Smth as a vice president and Geoff Vetter as a director. Agency founder Alex Slater has taken on the new role of chief strategy officer. Quinn joined the firm as a vice president in 2016 and was promoted to senior vice president last year. Prior to joining Clyde Group, she led marketing and communications efforts for Lansinoh Laboratories and served as vice president of communications for Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals. In her new post, she will have new responsibilities for operations as well as high-level client strategy. Nolan comes to Clyde Group from Portland Communications, where he was associate director in the firm’s Washington office. Before that, he served as head of digital at the British Embassy in Washington. Vetter joins Clyde Group from multinational engineering firm AECOM, where he oversaw strategic communications for infrastructure projects in the Washington D.C. metro area. He has also served as a communications director for a gubernatorial campaign in Arizona and a legislative aide for the Senate Minority Leader in the Arizona State Senate.

French/West/Vaughan has announced nine new hires and two promotions in its Raleigh headquarters. Shea Carter has been named associate vice president, social media & influencer marketing. Carter comes to FWV from MMGY Global, where she was a vice president. Caroline Hayward joins FWV as brand planner. She previously handled consumer and market trend research at Havas and MullenLowe. Evan Boyer, Colleen Vallely and Sarah Teal have all been named account supervisors. Boyer comes to FWV from Nashville agency GS&F, Vallely was previously senior marketing manager at BHSC Global Marketing and Teal was public relations manager for JAGGAER. Account executive Peyton Burgess joins FWV from FTI Consulting’s strategic communications group, and Jaimee Geoffrey-White, Brewer Owen and Alaina Ruggery are coming on as account coordinators. FWV has also promoted Meg Byers to senior account supervisor and Dana Edwards to account supervisor.

Netflix has hired Instacart’s Dani Dudeck as chief communications officer, effective Jan. 12. She also handled communications at Zynga and MySpace.
Deborah Sierchio, who was at Coyne PR for over two decades, has moved to Krupp, where she is taking on the role of EVP, managing director.
