The Arthur W. Page Society has named Peter Debreceny international vice president. A consultant with Chicago-based strategy execution firm Gagen MacDonald, Debreceny is extending his previous role as Page’s vice president of Asia to include leadership in EMEA and Latin America. Björn Edlund will be stepping down after three years as vice president for EMEA. Debreceny will now be responsible for leading Page’s activity in all three regions, as well as for increasing membership in global markets. A 2010 recipient of the Page Distinguished Service Award, he has also served as a trustee and co-chair of the Institute for Public Relations and a member of the Accrediting Council in Journalism and Mass Communications. “The exemplary work that Peter has done in APAC and his vast experience as a CCO and Page member prepares him well to lead Page’s efforts to expand globally and increase the value of Page to our international members,” Page president Roger Bolton said.

NPR has promoted Emily Littleton to vice president of corporate communications. Littleton has been with NPR since 2006, most recently as senior director, corporate communications. In that position, she has focused on C-level communications strategy and messaging support as well as crisis communications. Before coming to NPR, Littleton worked as a program associate at the Center for Media Education, a nonprofit that was focused on improving the quality of children's television as well as promoting the public interest in telecommunications policymaking. In her new post, she will oversee NPR's corporate messaging and internal communications, as well as audience, community and talent relations.

Subject Matter is bringing on Audrey Chang as senior vice president - strategic communications, effective September 4. Chang joins Subject Matter after 17 years at The Harbour Group, most recently as managing director. She has also worked in the Washington offices of both Burson-Marsteller and Ogilvy Public Relations. Her areas of expertise include consumer technology, life sciences and social policy. Subject Matter CEO says that Chang is “the strategic communications leader Subject Matter has been seeking, able to leverage our assets in government relations, creative content and advertising into the kinds of creative advocacy programs we uniquely can offer."
