RF|Binder has brought on Jacqueline Wilson in the newly created position of executive managing director. Wilson joins RF|Binder from global advisory firm Teneo, where she was a senior managing director, senior advisor and founding member. During her time there, she was instrumental in launching and commercializing the Teneo Strategy and Teneo Risk divisions. She was also responsible for key global client accounts, campaigns and teams. Before Teneo, Jackie was senior counsel to the U.S. State Department’s economic envoy to Northern Ireland, Declan Kelly, advising on matters relating to transatlantic trade, government relations, economic development, communications and new market entry. At RF|Binder, Wilson’s primary responsibilities will include strategic positioning and planning, operational efficiency, talent and culture development, new business development, corporate and public affairs advisory, and strategic consulting.

Rogers & Cowan/FRUKT has appointed Mandisa Diggs to the newly created position of vice president of inclusive diversity in the U.S. Diggs has held leadership positions in diversity and workplace inclusion transformation, engagement and cultural design strategies for such brands as Humana, GE, Ford and Cisco. In her new role, she will focus on further establishing Rogers & Cowan/FRUKT as a leader in the diversity and inclusion space, including ongoing development and implementation of the agency’s inclusive diversity programming, resource development and recruitment initiatives. Diggs will work across the Rogers & Cowan and FRUKT network that includes leading sports marketing and representation agency Octagon. “In creating this senior-level role to serve all of our agencies, we’re underscoring our commitment to inclusive diversity and taking real action toward our goals,” said Rogers & Cowan/FRUKT CEO Mark Owens.

The Alliance for Aging Research has named Lauren Smith Dyer vice president of communications. Smith Dyer comes to the Alliance from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, where she served as a spokesperson for the agency on the commissioner’s senior media affairs team, with responsibility for planning and executing media engagement strategies to educate general and specialized audiences about FDA programs, actions and accomplishments. Before that, she was director of communications for the Melanoma Research Foundation. “Lauren brings to the Alliance a unique background of creative national issue advocacy communications, a strategic planning and business development mindset and an unparalleled expertise in patient advocacy,” said Alliance president and CEO Susan Peschin.
