rbb communications has been named agency of record for Tavistock Development Company’s Pier Sixty-Six Hotel & Marina. The agency will develop and manage a strategic public relations and community affairs campaigns for Tavistock as it works to reposition the Fort Lauderdale hotel. The Pier Sixty-Six, built on a location that was once a fuel dock and gas station for Phillips 66 Petroleum, has 384 guest rooms and suites, more than 30,000 square feet of event space, five onsite restaurants, and a 127-slip, deep water marina.
Zapwater Communications has expanded its relationship with Veggie Grill to include all national public relations programming. Zapwater was originally retained in December 2017 to support the launch of Veggie Grill’s Chicago store openings. Zapwater’s scope of work includes media relations, influencer relations, event coordination, local store marketing and strategic partnerships. With 30 locations currently in California, Oregon, Washington and Illinois, Veggie Grill is the largest plant-based chain in the United States.
