120 West focuses on investor relations, corporate communications and marketing. It was founded in 2016 by president and chief marketing officer Ira Gostin. Gostin, a former VP of investor relations at Tahoe Resources Inc. who held marketing manager roles at Rand & Associates and LeFiell Company, was previously stationed at KPS3 as an intern during graduate school.
Gostin now joins KPS3 as vice president of marketing and client engagement. 120 West will henceforth operate under the KPS3 banner and 120 West's office has moved into KPS3's existing headquarters.
KPS3 personnel told O’Dywer’s that Gostin is the only 120 West individual as part of the acquisition.
Full-service agency KPS3, which specializes on large-scale advertising and branding campaigns with a focus on the health and education markets, was founded in 1991.
