Novartis has appointed Sreejit Mohan as global head of external communications. Mohan has been with Novartis since 2012, most recently serving as head of communications for Novartis Global Drug Development. Before joining GDD, he was the global head of franchise communications at Sandoz, a Novartis Company. Previously, he was director, public policy and communications at Bayer HealthCare and a vice president at FleishmanHillard. In his new role, which will integrate digital and traditional functions of external communications for Novartis, Mohan will help build and execute fully integrated communications strategies.

Walker Sands has appointed Courtney Beasley vice president of marketing. Beasley joined Walker Sands in 2012, most recently serving as director of marketing. She has led the creation of 45 assets and dozens of campaigns to support departments across the agency, as well as spearheading multiple events and overseeing paid, SEO and creative campaigns. Before coming to Walker Sands, Beasley was an account executive at Groupon. As vice president of marketing, she will contribute to Walker Sands’ strategic expansion plans, and work to solidify the agency’s status in the B2B tech market. Walker Sands has significantly expanded its leadership team over the last year, most recently with the appointment of three new female partners—Erin Jordan, Annie Gudorf and Allison Ward—in June 2018.

Lund International, which designs, manufacturers and branded automotive accessories has hired Lee McGuire as its new senior director of marketing for Jeep and off-road. McGuire comes to Lund from Skyjacker Suspensions, where she served as director of marketing. She has served on several select committees and task forces of the Specialty Equipment Market Association and was recognized by SEMA as one of its “35 Under 35.” “Lee will work to further develop our Jeep and light truck brands to their fullest potentials,” said Lund President and CEO Mitch Fogle.
