LaVoieHealthScience has promoted Sharon Correia to senior vice president, integrated communications. Correia who came to LHS in 2016 as vice president, integrated communications, was previously senior director of corporate communications at Navidea Biopharmaceuticals. She has led communications teams for multiple new drug applications in the US and EU, global product launches as well as several supplemental new drug applications, IPOs and key data dissemination at medical meetings. In her new post, she will continue to work with the firm’s senior leadership team on client strategy, execution, team building and high-level programming.

Rogers & Cowan has hired Fraser Sinclair to head up its human resources division. Sinclair joins R&C from BMG, Bertelsmann’s music division, where he was senior director, human resources—North America, establishing diversity and inclusion programs, including an internal women’s group and external partnerships with local LGBTQ youth organizations. Before that he spent nearly five years as HR director at Golin in London; Golin and R&C are both part of IPG. In his new post, Sinclair will oversee HR for more than 200 employees in R&C’s Los Angeles, New York, Miami and Nashville offices. His hire comes as R&C expands into fashion, digital marketing and media buying, experiential programs and sponsorships, endorsements and influencer outreach.

Based in Berlin, Kallmorgen is the CEO and founder of Berlin Global Advisors, a geopolitical risk and investment advisory firm. Fordham Law School has named Victoria Grantham senior director of communications and marketing. Grantham was most recently senior vice president of communications at the Robin Hood Foundation, a nonprofit poverty-fighting organization. Before that, she was managing director at Hoboken, NJ-based communications firm RoseComm. At Fordham, Grantham will set the strategic direction for communications and oversee all external and internal communications and marketing—including media relations, digital and social media, market research, and publications.
