5W Public Relations will handle the Stand Up for Heroes event, which will include headliners Bruce Springsteen, Jon Stewart, Seth Meyers and others, slated for Madison Square Garden Nov. 5.
Presented by the New York Comedy Festival and the Bob Woodruff Foundations, the Stand up for Heroes program will honor wounded veterans and their families.
The PR firm's consumer lifestyle and entertainment brands unit also represents the NYCF and Caroline Hirsch, founder of both events.
Celebrating its 15th anniversary, the NYCF runs from Nov. 5-11 and various venues throughout the city. It will include acts such as Conan O'Brien, Marc Maron and Jim Jeffries.
Festival organizer Hirsch is the founder of New York comedy club Carolines on Broadway.
