Praytell has hired Scott Schneider as chief creative officer. Schneider joins the Brooklyn shop from Ruder Finn, where he was chief digital officer. He has led design and content-driven programs for such clients and institutions as Subway, Bayer, Nokia, Amgen, Home Depot, Michael J. Fox Foundation, Citi and more. He worked with Praytell founder Andy Pray at Ruder Finn prior to Pray founding Praytell in 2012. At Praytell, Schneider will work with existing creative teams across design, copy, video production and integrated campaign development. The agency is recruiting across its five U.S. offices for a variety of roles, with plans to onboard more than a dozen new hires before the new year.

Crosby Marketing Communications has promoted Jeff Koslofsky to social media supervisor, Ashley Butler to senior social media strategist and Mikel Drnec to social media manager. Koslovsky joined Crosby in 2016 as a social media manager, coming from the Johns Hopkins University Office of Alumni Relations, where he served as digital manager. Butler, who has been with Crosby since July 2017, helps direct the agency’s social content managers and creators. Prior to joining Crosby, she was a social media strategist for Chobani Greek Yogurt. Drnec, who joined the firm in February 2017, was previously an internet services manager for Knoah/Huawei Technologies.

B2B tech communications firm 10Fold, which recently opened its sixth office in downtown San Diego, has promoted Angela Griffo to senior vice president of client services and Ross Perich to general manager of the content group and large accounts. The company also hired Mike Kilroy as vice president, reporting to Griffo. Griffo has been with 10Fold for 11 years, most recently as vice president, infrastructure practice. Before coming to 10Fold, she was president at Advantage Public Relations and worked at Golin and Weber Shandwick. Perich, who has been with 10Fold since 2000, has also worked as an anchor/reporter for CBS and NBC affiliates and as a producer for KTVU-FOX. Kilroy comes to 10Foldis from Global Results Communications, where he was vice president.
