Brunswick Group has brought on Lanhee Chen as a senior counselor. Chen is David and Diane Steffy Research Fellow at the Hoover Institution and director of domestic policy studies and lecturer in the public policy program at Stanford University. He has advised four presidential campaigns including Senator Marco Rubio’s 2016 presidential campaign. During the Bush I White House, he was a senior official at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. From 2014 to 2018, he served as a member of the Social Security Advisory Board. Brunswick chief Neal Wolin said that Chen’s “deep expertise in health care policy and significant experience advising on public affairs and public policy issues will meaningfully enhance our capabilities and be of huge value to our clients."

Mower has tapped Mark O’Toole to lead the agency’s Boston office. O’Toole, who currently serves as group VP-PR & content, joined Mower in 2015 when HB Agency combined with then Eric Mower + Associates. Prior to joining HB and Mower, O’Toole served as senior VP with The Castle Group, leading its PR team for 13 years, and was the sales marketing manager for New England Cable News. Mower’s Boston office serves B2B, technology, robotics, clean energy, professional services and hospitality clients.

Fernandez comes to Red Fan from data technology company Lucid, LLC, where she served as director of account management, with responsibility for business development with large brands and agencies. Cindy Riccio Communications has named Dorothy McEntee senior director of health & wellness. McEntee has more than two decades of science-based consumer product experience including skincare, oral-care and dietary supplement industries. She has worked on both the agency and corporate sides of the table, with JDS Therapeutics, Catalyst-Agency, Sudler & Hennessey, Medicus Intercon, PAR Pharmaceutical and Taro Pharmaceuticals. The agency has also brought on Rachel Newman as account supervisor and director of media relations. Newman comes to CRC from Fox Greenberg PR, where she was an account supervisor.
