Marino has named John F. Marino agency president. Agency founder Francis (Frank) C. Marino will continue in his role as the agency’s chief executive officer. John Marino joined the firm in 2002. In 2015, he was elevated to serve as a managing director and chief operating officer. In addition to leading the agency’s expansion into Los Angeles and Boston, John also has spearheaded building out the agency’s social media and digital offerings and oversaw the agency’s rebranding as “Marino”. Founded in 1993, the agency has represented such clients as McDonald’s, Walmart, The Home Depot, Derek Jeter’s Turn 2 Foundation, Cushman and Wakefield, Silvercup Studios and One World Trade Center.

Lambert has named Jennifer Daniels a director in its Detroit office and Becky Olsen a director in its Grand Rapids office. Prior to joining Lambert, Daniels was the founder and managing director of Colorstock, a company that addressed a gap in the stock photo industry for photos featuring Black, Latina, Asian and indigenous people for the e-commerce marketplace. She’s a subject-matter expert for SheSource (Women’s Media Center) and has been featured in the New York Times, Mashable, BBC News, NPR, HuffPostLive and SiriusXM. Olson was formerly a public relations consultant at Approach Marketing and has held executive positions at Golin and Zócalo Group, representing such brands as Florida Orange Juice, Lean Cuisine, Klondike and Make-A-Wish. At Lambert, she is leading national consumer and food and beverage clients.

Metro Public Relations has brought on Dana Block as senior vice president of digital entertainment and consumer technology. Block comes to Metro from Allison+Partners, where she served as vice president, technology/consumer technology. Before that, she was an account supervisor at MPRM. Block has led campaigns and strategy for the such clients as Wattpad, Tongal, Hulu, NextVR and Jukin Media At Metro, her responsibilities will include helping the agency build out its digital entertainment business and attract consumer tech clients. She will be based out of Metro’s Los Angeles office, reporting to president and COO Laura Michael.
