“Talking Trump: Quantifying the Speech & Tweets of #45,” is the name on a Nov. 13 PRSA-New York meetup to decode the formula that president Trump employs in his speech. Adam Tiourine, Bloomberg Politics language analyst and advisor at Logos Consulting, will quantify #45's communication techniques. There will also be a discussion of how language comes to define elections. The event, which runs from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., will be held at St. Pat’s Bar and Grill (22 West 46th St., NYC). New York Women in Communications is sponsoring its 2018 Student Communication Career Conference on Nov. 10 at NYU’s Kimmel Center. The conference will provide attendees with career tips on such aspects of the communications field as entrepreneurship, marketing and financial wellness.
