Pandora named Jason Roth head of product and partnership communications. He joins the music streaming company from Hewlett Packard, where he was corporate communications and editorial strategy lead for the company’s 3D printing business. He has also served as senior PR manager for iTunes and senior publicity director for Capitol Records, working with such acts as Coldplay, LCD Soundsystem and Liz Phair, as well as handling the Beatles catalog. Roth has also written on music for Spin and the Chicago Tribune and has served as a contributor to NPR Music. He will report to Pandora VP of brand and communications Brad Minor.

Condé Nast has promoted Joseph Libonati to chief communications officer. Libonati has been with the company since 2013, when he came on as VP, corporate communications. Before coming to Condé Nast, he served as senior VP at Rubinstein Communications and VP, corporate communications at NBC Universal. In his new post, Libonati will be in charge of the development and implementation of all communications strategies for the company. Condé Nast has recently revamped its sales executive structure and has parted ways with several high-profile editors, including Graydon Carter of Vanity Fair and Cindi Leive of Glamour.

David Feinberg

Mount Sinai Health System has appointed David Feinberg senior VP and chief marketing and communications officer. Feinberg comes to Mount Sinai from Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, where he was chief marketing officer. Before that, he worked for almost 20 years at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital, where he served as chief marketing officer from 2012-16. In his new role, Feinberg will provide leadership and strategic guidance for all traditional and digital marketing, communications, and branding efforts.
