Banner Public Affairs is representing the Brewers Association—the not-for-profit trade association dedicated to small and independent American brewers—in support of its 2019 legislative initiatives. The agency’s efforts for the organization, which will be led by Banner VP-communications Maggie McClain, will include federal and trade media relations activities as well as brand awareness and event support. Banner has worked with the BA since 2016, helping to steer such legislative developments as the passage of the two-year Craft Beverage Modernization and Tax Reform Act. New York City-based media relations firm Rosen Group will continue to represent the BA on all non-governmental initiatives.

Champion Management Group has tapped as agency for Original ChopShop and bellagreen restaurant chains. Champion’s scope of work for both brands includes public relations, local restaurant marketing and media buying.
