BerlinRosen is making what the firm says is a record number of promotions across its executive teams, following a year in which the agency has increased its overall staff by 25 percent. In the agency’s consumer technology practice, Dan Levitan has been promoted to executive vice president. On its social impact teams, BerlinRosen has promoted Alex Field to executive vp of digital advocacy, Quincey Smith to senior vp of digital advocacy, and Matt Tepper and Shantha Susman to senior vp positions. Josh Cook has been named president of Maiden+John, the firm’s real estate marketing subsidiary, where Katharine Offinger has been promoted to senior vp. On BerlinRosen’s new enterprise growth team, Caitlin Offinger has been promoted to the senior vp of growth position. Andrew Friedman has been promoted to senior vp in the firm’s litigation and crisis practice, and Nicole Kolinsky is now a senior vp in its real estate division.

Brunswick Group has appointed Tereza Kaneta to head up its São Paulo office. Kaneta joined Brunswick in 2012 to help open the office. Before coming to Brunswick, she was the head of MZ Consult Latin America, advising newly-listed companies on investor relations. Before that, Kaneta worked in investment banking at Deutsche Bank, in investor relations at Vivo and as a research analyst for Banco Votorantim. In her new post, she will lead the São Paulo team, which advises Brazilian and international clients in areas including corporate communications, M&A, media relations and investor relations.

Acceleration Community of Companies, the agency founded by former PMK*BNC co-chairman and co-CEO Michael Nyman last year, has named Monica Chun chief client officer and president of Acceleration Brand Advisory. Rick Faigin is joining the company as executive vice president of Acceleration Brand Advisory. Both Chun and Faigin come to Acceleration from PMK*BNC. Chun most recently served as agency president at the firm, while Faigin oversaw business development and its entertainment marketing division. Faigin also previously served as head of marketing at Paradigm Talent Agency.

Livongo Health has appointed Courtnee Westendorf as its chief marketing officer. Westendorf most recently served as chief marketing officer for the Oakland Raiders. Prior to joining the Raiders, she was vice president of marketing for Intel and vice president of consumer marketing at Disney. She has also served as head of worldwide app marketing and corporate partnerships at Apple. In her new post, Westendorf will oversee all brand, communications, marketing, events and digital activities for Livongo, reporting to Livongo’s president, Dr. Jennifer Schneider, M.D., M.S.
