Jason Post, who was public policy & communications director for Uber’s northeast US region, has joined Compass real estate technologies company as VP-communications.
At the rideshare company, Post handled outreach to media and government officials to position Uber as a efficient and reliable transportation option.
Prior to Uber, Post was managing director at Teneo Strategy and deputy press secretary to former New York mayor Michael Bloomberg.
He also worked in the NYPD as spokesperson and aide to former commissioner Ray Kelly.
At Compass, Post reports to founder/CEO Robert Reffkin.
