Kristy Wilson, current general manager of FleishmanHillard’s Austin office, has been named GM of the Omnicom unit’s Chicago outpost.
Wilson has managed FH’s Austin office since 2015. She joined the agency in 1998, first serving as a vice president, and later SVP, in the agency’s Dallas office. Prior to joining FH, Wilson was a member of Sprint’s public affairs team in Florida. She began her career at Tallahassee-based advertising and public relations firm Kidd & Driscoll (now Kidd Group).
Lauren Walters, who’s served as GM of FH’s Dallas office since 2012, now becomes GM of a combined Texas offering that includes the agency’s Dallas and Austin locations.

Crowe Media hires Alissa Kasawdish as senior integrated PR manager. Kasawdish was previously an account supervisor at J/PR... Benefitbay, a SaaS platform that lets users make their own benefit decisions, names Lindsey Unterberger as VP of marketing.
Catherine Sullivan, global chief communications officer at Burson, has exited the WPP unit after a 12-year run.
