Grayling has been hired to help Weiss Ratings solidify its leadership position in the field of cryptocurrency ratings. The agency is being tasked with reinforcing the credibility of Weiss’s independent ratings model, and bring to market planned Weiss-branded products for cryptocurrency users. Grayling San Francisco senior vice president Sharon Barclay will lead a bi-coastal team on the project. Weiss launched its cryptocurrency ratings division earlier this month, and the company says it provides the only grades by a financial rating agency of more than 100 currencies.
