Hawkins International Public Relations has brought on Natacha Tonissoo as vice president. Tonissoo comes to Hawkins from JG Black Book, where she was director of public relations, overseeing the company’s PR team and its portfolio of luxury travel accounts. She was previously senior PR account manager at Hills Balfour and an account manager at Mango Public Relations. At Hawkins, she manages an account team overseeing PR and media relations and providing strategic client consul to accounts including Dorchester Collection, AccorHotels and Seabourn.

Osborn Barr has promoted Amy Kaczynski to vice president, integrated marketing and engagement, and Steve Kozel to group strategy director. Kaczynski was previously director of integrated media, with responsibility for the agency’s media team. Before that, she was media director at Paramore, which was acquired by Osborn Barr in December 2016. In her new role, she will continue to lead media offerings, as well as working to expand and elevate the agency’s presence in the digital space including development, community management and email strategy. Kozel has been with O+B | P since January 2017, most recently as insights director, leading research, strategy and analysis across the agency’s client portfolio. As group strategy director, Kozel will lead the agency’s expanded strategy department.

Lumina, a predictive analytics and risk sensing company, has brought on Jill Kermes as senior vice president of communications. Kermes was previously head of corporate affairs for the Qurate Retail Group, which includes St. Petersburg-based HSN, a position she held following the integration of QVC and HSN in December 2017. Prior to that she led corporate affairs for HSNi. She has also served as chief corporate affairs officer for SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment and been a consultant at Ketchum and Public Strategies (now Hill & Knowlton Strategies). Earlier in her career, she worked closely with former Florida Governor Jeb Bush as communications director during his second administration. In addition to her communications responsibilities, Kermes will also serve in a strategy role for Mission LISA, Lumina’s data aggregation project focused on providing evidence-based solution for the national opioid crisis.
