Crosby Marketing Communications has hired Carrie Dooher as a senior vice president, senior strategist in the firm’s Washington, D.C. office. Dooher joins Crosby from Ogilvy Public Relations, where she was a senior vice president, leading branding, recruitment and integrated marketing campaigns for such clients as the Peace Corps, Customs & Border Protection, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and Lupus Foundation. She was previously director of trends & consumer insights at the International Food Information Council and Foundation, creating science- and evidence-based communications on health, food safety and nutrition. At Crosby, Dooher will lead national marketing and outreach programs for nonprofit organizations and federal agencies.

Lobbying and public affairs firm Lot Sixteen has brought on Joseph Eaves as a vice president. Eaves comes to Lot Sixteen from the National Electrical Manufacturers Association, where he was director of government relations. He has also served as director, government relations at the National Park Foundation and legislative director for Rep. Paul D. Tonko (D-NY). Lot Sixteen was founded in 2017 by former Podesta Group principal Josh Lahey and former Senate Energy and Natural Resources staff director Colin Hayes.

InkHouse has named Dan O'Mahony the new general manager and executive vice president of the company’s San Francisco office, which is marking its fifth anniversary. O’Mahony has been with InkHouse San Francisco since October 2014, most recently as senior vice president. He helped build and lead the office’s enterprise technology practice, guided clients through two initial public offerings, spearheaded the Salesforce Corporate Social Responsibility PR team and launched the agency’s cannabis practice. Before coming to InkHouse, he was an account manager at LaunchSquad. In his new role, O’Mahony will oversee office operations as well as helping to lead the growth of the agency’s technology, consumer and cannabis practices.
