Zeno Group has named Allanjit Singh managing director, with oversight of the agency’s Singapore office. Singh comes to Zeno from Havas Group shop Red Agency, where he served as managing director, establishing the agency’s public relations, digital and social media services. He was previously head of digital and communications director for Golin in Singapore, has worked as director of PR and social strategy at Iris Worldwide and was head of Social Strategy at Ogilvy Public Relations Worldwide. At Zeno, Singh will provide strategic oversight for existing core practice areas and senior client relationships.

Y&R PR has brought on Lindsay Anthony as senior vice president, health & wellness and Jenifer Slaw as senior vice president, integrated media. Anthony joins Y&R PR from Edelman in New York, where she was a senior vp, leading clients in the areas of food, retail, healthcare, travel, sports and philanthropy. She has also served as account director at FleishmanHillard. Slaw was most recently a senior vice president at MSLGROUP, where she led media relations strategy and efforts for brands in healthcare, consumer lifestyle, food and entertainment. She has also held positions at Marina Maher Communications and Edelman. Prior to her career in PR, Slaw worked in television and radio at stations including CNBC, WNBC-TV and NY1 News.

Marathon Strategies has hired Matthew West as its first chief talent officer. Prior to joining Marathon, West was director at NYC-based recruiting firm Advice Personnel. He also spent 13 years as vice president and chief talent officer at McCann Healthcare (formerly Regan Campbell Ward). In his new role, West duties will include recruiting and retaining top talent to the firm; implementing professional training and development programs; overseeing human resources operations; and serving as a strategic partner to the agency’s senior management.

Boston public media producer WGBH has elected former Young & Rubicam chair and CEO of global marketing communications Ann Fudge a chair of the board of trustees. Fudge has served on WGBH’s board since 2015 and was elected vice chair in 2018. In addition to her role at Y&R, she has led divisions at Kraft Foods and General Mills. She succeeds Rick Burnes, who will become chair emeritus. WGBH has also appointed Tina Cassidy to serve as its chief marketing officer. Cassidy comes to WGBH from InkHouse, where she was executive vice president and chief content officer. In her new role, Cassidy will lead WGBH’s marketing, communications and public relations efforts.
