Kelly 2

Dix & Eaton client Kelly is launching a campaign in which the global staffing firm promotes a more inclusive workplace and a brighter future for young women.

“Daughters of Kelly,” which is being launched to coincide with International Women’s Day, is using social media to tell the stories of the children of Kelly employees.

As part of the #WhatsNext campaign, which runs through March, these children will share their aspirations for fulfilling careers, as well as their hopes for a world defined by equality and opportunity for all, in a series of Instagram posts.

The campaign will also share statistics about Kelly’s workforce and gender diversity across Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. The company, which says that more than 50 percent of its senior leaders are women, notes that the content highlights its commitment to gender equality.

Kelly says that the range of jobs open to women is continuing to expand. In 2017, the company placed a female engineering professional once every 50 minutes and a female scientific professional on the job every 23 minutes.
