G&S Business Communications has relocated its New York headquarters to 111 West 33rd Street, near the new Hudson Yards complex.  The move follows the agency’s August 2018 acquisition of CooperKatz & Company, which doubled its New York staff and broadened its roster of accounts and portfolio of services. The agency says its new headquarters are set up to facilitate collaborations among cross-functional teams of employees, who serve in corporate roles, manage national accounts, and consult on creative, digital, social, experiential marketing, and insights services.

CitySavvy pro-Julian Rea has launched Liminal, which is focused on providing strategic communications support to financial services brands. Rea has acquired CitySavvy’s UK business, and the firm’s London team will remain in place at the new consultancy. The agency says it will work across traditional media and digital communications channels, as well as delivering training and content creation services for clients. “We’re not looking to reinvent the wheel, but we do want to really double down on the things we know are important to clients and contribute most to their success: quality of strategic thought, deep sector knowledge, proactive execution and a commitment to building long-term, trusted partnership,” Rea said.
