Golin has promoted Dawn Langeland to president, New York. Langeland will lead both Golin New York and Brooklyn Brothers, the agency’s specialty creative advertising brand. She has been with Golin since 2015, most recently serving as managing director. Before coming to Golin, Langeland was at FleishmanHillard, where she was consumer products sector lead, senior vice president and senior partner. Golin co-CEO Gary Rudnick says that Langeland has “more than doubled the New York office, while attracting tier-one clients and talent to what’s now the fastest growing office in our agency.”

Irving, TX-based Cooksey Communications has named Colby Walton as president. Founder Gail Cooksey will become chairman and CEO, and Jason Meyer will continue his position on the leadership team as executive vice president and partner. Walton, who previously served as executive vice president and partner, joined Cooksey Communications in 1998. He has more than two decades of specialized experience in professional services/B2B marketing and municipal communications. Meyer joined Cooksey in 2011 after a long career in politics and communications in North Texas. “Jason and Colby have been partners and leaders in the company for many years, and the three of us share the same vision and goals,” Cooksey said.

Entertainment, sports and lifestyle agency Allied Global Marketing has promoted Kelly Estrella to executive vice president. Estrella was previously senior vice president, integrated marketing and media at the agency. In that position, she worked to transform Allied’s business and account management processes, and oversaw strategy and integration for campaigns across paid, earned and owned media. Estrella has worked with a broad range of entertainment clients, including Broadway shows, regional events and local non-profit arts organizations. Allied has also promoted Larry Eberhard to senior vice president, creative, overseeing the agency’s creative division, and promoted Marcus Best and Jamila Osouna to senior vice president and vice president, respectively, of Allied Moxy, Allied’s team focused on reaching African-American consumers.
