Kite Hill PR has brought on Rachel Hadley as president. Hadley was previously president of digital and social media marketing agency Likeable Media. She has also served as head of corporate communications at Cinnabon and was an account supervisor at Weber Shandwick Worldwide in Atlanta. At Kite Hill, Hadley oversees international operations, finance and staffing. In partnership with Kite Hill CEO Tiffany Guarnaccia, she will also focus on expanding the company’s core service offerings to include advanced social media and content marketing capabilities as a part of the Kite Hill Content Studio. Hadley will be based in New York.

Prodigy Public Relations has promoted Rob Fleming and Jason Kasperski to partner status. Fleming will also be executive vice president of the firm’s film division, overseeing and executing campaigns for film festivals, theatrical and ancillary release efforts. Kasperski takes on the title of EVP of corporate communications. He will continue to oversee, along with agency president and CEO Erik Bright, the firm’s corporate communications division, which services independent producers, directors, production companies, distribution companies, tech companies and entertainment entities looking to have a presence in the global film trade and business media. Prodigy’s client roster includes XYZ Films, Clear Horizon Entertainment, Downtown Los Angeles Film Festival and Rebel Road Entertainment.

Marino has hired Lauren Elkies Schram as senior director of its real estate team. Elkes comes to Marino from the Commercial Observer, where she served as deputy editor, writing commercial real estate stories for print and web, assigning and editing stories, and providing daily oversight of the website. She has also covered real estate, crime, politics and general news as a reporter and editor at outlets such as The Real Deal, Crain’s New York Business and the New York Sun. “Lauren will be a tremendous asset to our firm and will enable us to bring her wealth of industry experience and insights to benefit our client's agency-wide,” said Marino president John F. Hill+Knowlton Strategies China has named Jeff Leong, senior vice president of client strategy. Leong was previously managing partner at Ogilvy China, where he led its Huawei team. Before that, he held senior client servicing roles at Y&R Beijing, Soho Square Shanghai (part of the Ogilvy group), and Bates 141. In his new post, Leong will be responsible for the development of key accounts and support new business development in the Greater Bay Area, working in close partnership with Florence Ouyang (director, H+K Shenzhen) and Nan Dong (managing director, H+K Hong Kong).
