Baretz+Brunelle has hired Anthony Tramontana as its chief financial officer. Tramontana comes to Baretz+Brunelle from WPP Coretech, a business unit of WPP, where he managed all aspects of the firm’s global accounting. Before that, he was an executive vice president at Havas Health. A New York certified public accountant, he has extensive experience with all aspects of corporate strategy and planning, as well as financial accounting and financial operations. In his new post, Tramontana will focus on improving B+B’s operations and helping to lead the development and management of strategic initiatives. “Anthony has helped grow some of the world’s most sophisticated agencies, and that experience will be incredibly valuable for B+B’s continued success,” said agency partner and co-founder Cari Brunelle.

The Pollack PR Marketing Group has hired Brandon Buck as digital practice lead. Buck previously was founder and creative director at Buckshot Creative, a production company that developed and distributed brand content for strategic marketing campaigns. He has worked with such brands as Myspace, Focus Features, Honda North America, Dreamworks Animation SKG and Change.gov. Buck will lead a team of professionals in Pollack’s digital practice group, known as LAB186, in its Los Angeles and New York offices. “Brandon comes to PPMG with a powerful suite of skills that includes content creation, data analytics, web development, SEO, e-commerce, branding, paid social and production, editing and design,” said PPMG executive vice president and creative director Will Ostedt.

BAM Communications has hired M. Nicole Siobal as social media director and Lisa Lotito as art director. Siobal has served as a consultant to several NY tech startups, working with them on marketing, branding, digital, business development and fundraising efforts. She is also CMO at NY based Insurtech startup Huecore and was founder and CEO of NY fashion tech startup Enjoyye. She began her career in PR as an account executive at Weber Shandwick. Lotito was previously a designer at Sommese Design in Paris, which focuses on corporate, print and packaging design. As the first additions to BAM’s new marketing and creative team, the pair will work together on creative projects across the company’s client roster.

Ng was previously at H+K from 2011 to 2015 as deputy managing director in Singapore as well as regional director of corporate and financial practice in south east Asia. He comes back to H+K from Octave Communications, where he served as managing director. Zainy was an account manager at H+K from 2011 to 2014.
