IMAGINE PR has been named North American PR agency for Mandapa, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve in Ubud, Bali. The agency will be handling general media relations services for the property, including media outreach, press releases and desk sides. Mandapa opened in September 2015 as the third resort in the Ritz-Carlton Reserve collection. It offers individually tailored spiritual, wellness and health programs as well as activities to suit travelers of all ages. The property has 35 suites, 25 private pool villas, a fitness center and a restorative spa offering a wide variety of treatments.

MullenLowe PR has been named PR agency of record for athletic footwear and apparel manufacturer New Balance. The agency will support New Balance across such product categories as running, basketball, baseball, tennis and lifestyle. Planned initiatives include new product introductions, sponsored athlete programs and special event activations. The relationship builds upon New Balance’s work with MullenLowe Mediahub, a sibling agency that has been responsible for media planning and buying for the company since 2018. “The agency’s global sensitivities and creative approach have motivated the selection,” said New Balance head of global communications Romina Bongiovanni. PHG Consulting has added the Ministry of Tourism of Jalisco to its roster of international destination clients.
