New Balance

MullenLowe PR has been named PR agency of record for athletic footwear and apparel manufacturer New Balance. The agency will support New Balance across such product categories as running, basketball, baseball, tennis and lifestyle. Planned initiatives include new product introductions, sponsored athlete programs and special event activations. The relationship builds upon New Balance’s work with MullenLowe Mediahub, a sibling agency that has been responsible for media planning and buying for the company since 2018. “The agency’s global sensitivities and creative approach have motivated the selection,” said New Balance head of global communications Romina Bongiovanni. MullenLowe's client roster also includes JetBlue, Feld Entertainment and Tropicana.

PHG Consulting has added the Ministry of Tourism of Jalisco to its roster of international destination clients. PHG has also expanded its representation services for the Guadalajara Convention and Visitors Bureau, a client since 2015. Guadalajara is the capital of Jalisco, a state on Mexico’s Pacific coast. PHG Consulting team members who are based in the U.S. and Mexico City will assess hotels, venues and tourism service providers in Guadalajara to determine their ability to adequately serve their target markets. Based upon this evaluation, PHG Consulting will develop and execute a plan to generate leads and sales from high-profile meeting planners and international congress planners.
