Saxum has hired Kim Dahlberg as energy account director in its Houston office. Most recently, Dahlberg was the director of Texas Young Professionals, an organization that fosters relationship-building, career development, entrepreneurial endeavors and civic involvement among young professionals. She has also served as the director of marketing at DXP Enterprises, Inc., and was an account executive at Foster Marketing as well as a media buyer and planner for BrivicMedia, Inc. As Saxum, Dahlberg oversees integrated marketing accounts, managing the day-to-day direction of programs, budgets, integrated marketing communication strategies and client relationships.

104 West Partners, a Denver-based firm specializing in communications and PR programs for technology market clients, has promoted Alissa Bushnell to partner and Joan Wyly to vice president of operations. Bushnell has been with the firm since 2012 and currently serves as 104 West’s media relations bureau chief. As a partner, she will assume a broader role in driving client service and supervising overall strategic media relations direction across the firm’s client base, while continuing to serve as a senior client counselor and mentor to the staff. Wyly has been HR and operations lead at 104 West since 2015. She was previously vice president, HR and operations at both social media consultancy Converseon and Connors Communications.

Communications and talent group Be Social has hired Tera Leuthauser as president. Leuthauser comes to Be Social from fashion PR firm Bollare, where she most recently served as vice president. She was previously a senior account executive at Nike Communications and served as public relations manager at SplurgeNYC. In her new role at Be Social, Leuthauser will lead company operations and client relations.
